14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, with its original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or an order confirmation may be required.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns that are not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Swan Fur is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
If the item received is defective, incorrect, or does not match the order due to an error on our part, please contact us before returning the item. If we confirm that the issue was caused by us, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Damage During Delivery
Please inspect your package and product as soon as you receive your order.
If the package or product appears to have been damaged during transportation, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
Damage caused by the shipping carrier during transit is not considered a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Swan Fur. Swan Fur is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier during transportation.
We will, however, assist you by providing any information or documentation reasonably required to help with a carrier claim.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at:

We will review the situation and provide appropriate return or resolution instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our luxury fur and leather products, we cannot accept returns for items that:
- Have been worn or used
- Have been altered, modified, or tailored after delivery
- Are missing their original tags or packaging
- Show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or improper handling
- Are returned after the 14-day return period
- Are marked as final sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Are gift cards
Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please request a return for the original item. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved.
If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
