Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at swanfurcollection@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately atswanfurcollecktion@gmail.com.com so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of luxury fur and leather products, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use, have been altered or modified, or are missing original tags or packaging. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at swanfurcollecktion@gmail.com.
