Welcome to Swan Fur Collection.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Swan Fur Collection website, online store, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other technical factors.
Our fur and leather products are handcrafted in Turkey. Because of the nature of handmade products and natural materials, minor variations in color, texture, pattern, or appearance may occur. Such variations are not necessarily defects.
Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and specifications may be changed or updated at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order through our online store, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not considered accepted until we confirm the order and receive or authorize payment.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasonable business, legal, inventory, payment, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Cancellation requests may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Our products are handcrafted in Turkey and shipped directly from Turkey via FedEx International with tracking.
Shipping and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities are outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, text, product descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, videos, audio, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by SwanFur LLC, Swan Fur Collection, our affiliates, or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
